All fees must be paid in full by july 4th weekend, players not paid will receive a refund and will not participate on the program.
Each player gets uniform, player award, player insurance, practice fields & games.
When you work AYSO's firework stand in July, you are eligible to receive a $20 cash rebate for each shift worked!
Family plans are available to those siblings that live at the same address with the same parent(s). Family cap $226.00

Player Information to Bring to Registration
- All new players must bring a copy of birth certificate
- Players height, weight and birth date
- Name of Medical Insurance Co.
- School Name
- Home and work telephone numbers of BOTH parents
- Medical Doctor's name and telephone number
- Name, address and phone of an emergency contact person.

Player Rating Meeting
All Players must attend a player rating meeting.
REGION 517 REFUND POLICY
If you register a child and then decide for any reason that the child will not play in our region, please notify us as soon as possible. All refund requests must be in writing, along with the reason for a refund. Please email refund requests to: rickn@ayso517.org
Refunds will be issued according to the following guidelines:
Requested before July 31st: Registration fee paid, minus a $25 administration fee
There will be no refunds after July 31st.
Refunds take 4 weeks to be processed, and will be mailed to the address given at registration.
